  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure, and lodge in an House of my own, adjoining to the Church=yard. The vicarage House being not large enough to lodge my Family there, where they are daily.

  2. Other benefices: I have more Benefices than one, a Chapel in the County of Cornwall.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at another Church besides my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church on the Lords Day with a Sermon in the morning. In the afternoon of the same Day Divine Service is performed at Tresmere.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administered five times in the year; and have from sixty to about an Hundred Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: The youth of my Parish are usually catechised in Lent and in the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and Chancell are in good Repair and my Church=yard well kept and have all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses &c. according to the Tenor of the 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: I have about eighty Families in my Parish.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no reputed Papists in my Parish nor any meeting=Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have no publick or other School in my Parish; nor any Alms=Houses, Hospital or other charitable Endowment.

  13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements have been left for pious or charitable uses. Peter Chapman left a Benefaction of the Sum of ten Shillings to the minister of this Parish and his Successors for Preaching a Sermon on the first Day of January yearly for ever which is duly applyed.

    Priest's orders and institution: Edmund Herring admitted into Priests orders April the seventh 1728, was instituted Ap: 12th 1728.
